Quick start
===========

After installing `clinvar-build` one needs indicate the location
of the `parser` and `schema` configuration files. 

The package ships with tested and robust configuration files, 
which can either be used as is or be adapted to the users
own specification.

To check compatibility of the configuration files with 
the XML files the package includes the XSD files these
files were developed against. 
The API can automatically use these XSD files to ensure any
possible updated XML is sufficiently compliant to parse without 
error.
